“Nomi & Kamran did an spectacular job by helping me sell my house then finding me the perfect apartment. I have prior experience buying and selling property in GTA. However, during past couple of years, market conditions are very unstable and unique. Nomi/Kamran understand the GTA market conditions from a seller perspective as well as representing a buyer. Representing me as a seller, they helped me get top value for my property. Then, representing me as a buyer, they understood my specific requirements really well and scheduled all the showings in time and was always top of their game with suggesting the right locations and the right apartments. Always available for a quick chat for sell, buy and other questions. Would highly recommend Nomi/Kamran team to everyone.”
